If Geo wanted to turn himself in to ICE, he could technically go back “all expenses paid!” But we don’t want him to go through the pain, humiliation, and danger of being another piece of flotsam churning through the ICE-y stream. No matter where you stand politically, I don’t think you want that, either.
The one thing we agree on, across the political spectrum, is that crimes, including sexual assault and murder, are terrible. I never thought I’d say this, but the Cato Institute has pointed the way towards helping reduce these problems significantly in the United States.
